Each player is permitted to hold only one active phdream41 account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances or bonuses.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly update any details that change.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phdream41 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. phdream41 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. All financial transactions on phdream41 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phdream41 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven over-the-counter payments. Accepted payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.
Deposits are credited to your phdream41 account balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited instantly. phdream41 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. phdream41 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending the outcome of any investigation into suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your phdream41 account. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status.
phdream41 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal limits. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Where a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements are met, phdream41 reserves the right to deduct the bonus amount and any winnings derived from it before processing the withdrawal.
phdream41 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or any other prohibited strategy — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
All games available on the phdream41 platform — including live dealer games, slot titles, RNG table games, sports betting markets, bingo, and specialty games — are governed by individual game rules published within the platform. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, and these Terms shall prevail with respect to account management, financial transactions, and conduct.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during gameplay, phdream41 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the applicable stake to the player's account. phdream41's decision in such matters is final.

phdream41 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phdream41 does not guarantee that any particular game will be available at any given time.
In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, phdream41's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall phdream41's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phdream41 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phdream41 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering on phdream41, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
phdream41 may be required to disclose your personal information to PAGCOR, law enforcement agencies, financial intelligence units, or other regulatory bodies in compliance with applicable Philippine law, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its implementing rules and regulations.

phdream41 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if it determines, in its sole discretion, that you have violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or posed a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.
Upon termination of your account for cause, phdream41 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, pending bonuses, or accumulated rewards where such balance is reasonably believed to have been obtained through prohibited conduct. Where termination is not for cause, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
You may close your phdream41 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory body or court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
